Rotary filling-seaming monoblock is a machine to fill powders, granulates, liquids into containers and make the closing by seaming with metal caps. Containers arrive on a continuously adjustable, driven conveyor into the machine. The two main functions – filling and seaming function – are achieved in two apart positions of the central carousel. Machine is controlled by PLC, what makes a complete system with the dosing device. Any kind of dosing device, such as linear weigher, multi-head weigher, auger filler, cup filler, piston filler from Somapak production can be connected to the machine depending on the filled material. Production based and other machine adjustments (receipts) can be easily edited, saved, loaded by a menu structure.
